Step out of your head. Return to your heart.
A four-day immersive retreat in India, the land where Tantra was born, where you move from overthinking into presence, reconnect with your body, and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
You've read the books. You've been to therapy. You know your patterns, and where they come from.
You can spend years understanding yourself intellectually while your body keeps reacting from the same old patterns: protection, tension, fear. Insight alone doesn't reach the place where those patterns actually live.
People don't change because they're pushed, or because they finally grasp the right concept. They change because they feel safe enough to let something new happen in the body.
This is why A Doorway Into Tantra exists. A four day immersive meditation retreat that gently introduces you to the essence of Tantra through powerful meditative practices, embodied awareness and deep inner exploration. A space to step away from the noise of everyday life, and return to your natural state of presence, aliveness and connection.

Tantra is not what Instagram, or the movies, made of it. It is one of humanity's oldest paths of meditation and consciousness. The word itself means “a tool for expansion.” Not an escape from life, but a deeper immersion into it.
It is a quiet journey home, leaving behind unconscious patterns for awareness, separation for connection, the noise of the mind for the stillness of the heart.
This is a meditation and embodiment retreat. There are no sexual practices as part of the retreat. We work with life force, breath, chakra and kundalini energy in a safe and respectful way. Every practice is an invitation, never an obligation. You can opt out of anything, at any moment, and your boundaries will always be honoured.

Through powerful Osho active meditations, embodiment practices, sacred rituals and moments of silence, you will…
Feel your racing mind finally slow down.
Come home to yourself, perhaps for the first time in years.
Not by analysing them, but by letting the body complete what it's been holding.
To yourself, to others, to life.
And how they shape the way you love and relate.
Through solo, partner and group practices held by a supportive community.
This is for you if you long to feel more grounded in your body, you're moving through a life transition and want space to explore and integrate, you want to relate more authentically with yourself and others, or you simply feel called to discover Tantra in the land where it was born.
Tantra was born in India, and for thousands of years, seekers have travelled to Rishikesh, the land of Shiva, beside the sacred river Ganga, to meditate, reflect and reconnect with what matters. It is one of the rare places on earth where nature, silence and spiritual energy meet, and you feel it in your body the moment you arrive.
Beauty here isn't decoration. It's part of the medicine, it softens the nervous system, opens the heart, and makes transformation easier.
What makes a retreat unforgettable isn't only the practice. It's everything around it: the place that holds you, the food that nourishes you, the people beside you, and the pace that finally lets you exhale.
A luxury boutique sanctuary of private cottages perched above the sacred Ganga, wrapped in Himalayan forest, with a swimming pool and an on site spa. Beauty that softens you the moment you arrive.
Nourishing, beautiful meals prepared with care and served with intention, a daily ritual of pleasure, presence and connection around the same table.
An intentionally small circle of up to 22 like-hearted souls, with a balance of men and women. Strangers on day one, a soul family by the end, the group itself becomes part of the transformation.
A slow, spacious pace that regulates the nervous system, alternating activation and rest, with real time to integrate, wander, swim, and simply be.
All three trained at Tantra Essence with Ma Ananda Sarita, one of the world's most respected Tantra schools, bringing complementary strengths of heart, ground and lineage.
Organizer of 30+ retreats and certified through Tantra Essence under Ma Ananda Sarita. Myriam came to Tantra after her own search through therapy, yoga and personal growth revealed that lasting change happens in the body, not only the mind. She has deepened her practice through some ten Tantra retreats around the world, notably with Sofia Sundari and at Tao Garden, and trained in tantric massage and energy healing with Anne Roquigny. She lives between France and Asia, and has shared a conscious relationship with her partner for over seven years, which grounds the way she holds space for couples.

Bridging the depth of classical Shakta Tantra, received through her own family's lineage, with modern, neo-tantric practice. Her training includes Tantra Essence's 500-hour Tantra Teacher Training and 225-hour Mystic Tantra Massage Practitioner training, a Meditation and Yoga Teacher Training, and a Tantric Priestess Facilitator Training, alongside a devotional practice rooted in Osho's active meditations and her ancestral connection to Varahi Maa and Kali Maa. She holds space with devotion, reverence and a gentle, grounded grace, deeply committed to protecting the essence of these sacred teachings. She lives between Dubai and India.
@devotionalsadhika ↗It's always challenging for me to spend extended time with people I don't know, which is exactly why I remember this retreat as a complete success. It was a bubble of kindness and calm. If I could, I would go back tomorrow.
Thank you for the truth and the depth of this retreat. What a joy to have found a safe place where you can grow this much. It certainly won't be my last.
I thought I knew what to expect. It went beyond all my expectations. This reconnection with my body, my emotions, nature and other people did me more good than I can say.
This was my second retreat, and certainly not my last. A beautiful pause of warmth and sisterhood in lives that usually rush by at a thousand miles an hour.
A precious moment suspended in time. The space of kindness that is created allows you to completely let go, to show your vulnerability without being judged. A true boost of confidence, love, softness and grounding.
I went to another realm in our meditation. Thank you for guiding me so deep into my inner world. I had visions and realizations that show me I'm on the right path. I can't wait to do another one.
I'm still in shock about the experience I had. It was very powerful and full of realisations. I already feel the shift in me. Thank you for holding space and for making me feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable.

No. There are no sexual practices as part of this retreat. Despite the common misunderstanding, Tantra is not about sexuality. At its essence it's the union of love and meditation, and the awakening of our full life force. During the retreat we work with life force, chakra and kundalini energy in a safe and effective way, but there is no sex and there are no sexual practices as part of the group structure. What consenting adults do in their own private time is their own affair. Within the retreat space, this is clear and firm.
We never push you past what feels right. There's a sweet spot between honouring your boundaries and gently stepping beyond your comfort zone. That tender edge is where growth happens, and you decide where it is. If a practice involves physical contact and you'd rather not, there is always an alternative way to take part without any contact, for example energetically. Dedicated support is available at any moment if you need it. Before each practice, you'll be guided in how to express your boundaries and preferences clearly and simply. Consent is woven into everything we do. “No” is always a complete and respected answer.
Yes. The retreat is designed as a doorway, a first, safe introduction to Tantra and meditation. No experience is needed, and everything is explained step by step.
Both are welcome. Singles and couples each experience their own transformation within the group.
